Welcome to Restaurant Artist and the LobbyBar. In Östersund Fia Mårtensson is famous as one of the best chefs in town with awards such as “the restaurant dish of the year” on her C.V. Fia, together with the rest of the kitchen and bar team composes meals with food and drink in interesting and unusual combinations. Local produced food meets continental influences, both in plainer everyday food and the more elaborate three-course dinners.

The food is obviously a sensation on its own - some of the best in town - but many guests also come here for the harmonious atmosphere in our restaurant and bar.
